Rosemary Tomison BDS ( Dundee)
I qualified as a dental surgeon from the University of Dundee in 1978. Deciding on a change of scene headed south from my native Scotland, to start my career in Bristol Dental Hospital.
I then moved into general practice in Bath in 1980 and joined Stoke Lane dental practice in 1989 first as an associate then as a Partner in 1995 when the practice expanded to its present form.
I have a special interest in preventive dentistry and gum disease and enjoy providing general and cosmetic dentistry to all ages. Dental techniques and materials are constantly developing and improving and to keep myself up to date I attend at least 10 post graduate courses per year.
When away from the surgery, I am to be found either pottering in my garden, or on the high seas as a very enthusiastic sailor.
We feel it is important that patients should have all procedures explained to them fully along with different treatment options that are available, thus allowing them to take part in decisions concerning their Dental Health. To facilitate this aim, all adult patients are treated by private agreement. For those who want to spread the cost we accept payment by credit cards and offer interest free credit on more extensive treatment options. Patients registered on our dental care plan receive a 20% discount. We will happily provide you with treatment estimates. Early morning and evening appointments are available.
For your safety, all British Dental Association infection control guidelines are followed and we are happy to show these. Indeed our staff, families, friends and colleagues are treated here.
